Covid-19 Guidelines

All attendees must adhere to current government guidelines relating to Covid-19, and follow any other guidance provided at Movers and Shakers.

  • Number are strictly limited and all attendees must have booked a space via Happity. Walk-ins will not be admitted.
  • The following people must not attend Movers and Shakers:
    • anyone with symptoms of COVID-19;
    • anyone who had tested positive;
    • anyone who has been advised to self-isolate following contact with someone with symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Tickets can be easily cancelled and a refund issued.
  • In line with current guidelines, a face mask/covering is not required for the session. Those who would prefer to wear a mask are very welcome to do so.
  • We would prefer one adult per child/booking at this time.
  • Our teachers are taking regular Lateral Flow Tests (LFTs). In the event that a teacher tests positive for COVID-19, we will attempt to find a replacement. Otherwise, the class will be cancelled and refunds issued. Attendees will be notified as soon as possible. We can only let you know if you have booked.

What to Expect

  • Please arrive on time for your booking – not early or late.
  • You may be required to wait outside the venue prior to the class.
  • Teachers will outline any guidance as part of the class.
  • Upon entering the venue, please use the hand-sanitiser provided.
  • Mask wearing is encouraged but not compulsory.
  • We will continue to use larger venues. Adults will be requested to space out and be aware of social distancing.
  • All equipment will be fully cleaned prior to class using Milton (child-safe) antibac spray/wipes.
  • Doors and windows will be open to ensure good ventilation, so please bring something cosy in case the room gets chilly.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you need to cancel your space, please email Rosie.
  • Single sessions: refunds/exchanges will be issued for cancellations made before 8:30am on the day of the class.
  • Block bookings are non-refundable once the block has started, but can be cancelled 24 hours before the first class and a refund issued.
